How to Play Word Search
Word search is a classic puzzle where a set of hidden words is concealed inside a grid of letters. Your job is to find and highlight every word from the list. Each day features a new theme — from ocean life to outer space — and ten words to track down.
To select a word, click (or tap) the first letter, hold, and drag across to the last letter, then release. Words can run forwards, backwards, horizontally, vertically, and diagonally depending on the difficulty. When you correctly trace a word, it locks in with a green highlight and gets crossed off your list.
Difficulty Levels Explained
Easy: An 11×11 grid where every word reads left-to-right or top-to-bottom only. Perfect for beginners, kids, and quick warm-ups.
Medium: A 13×13 grid that adds diagonal words plus backwards horizontal and vertical placements, so you'll need to scan more carefully.
Hard: A 15×15 grid using all eight directions — including backwards diagonals. A serious test of focus for seasoned puzzlers.

How do the difficulty levels work?+

How do I select a word?+

Does the theme change every day?+
Yes. Each day features a different theme — such as Ocean Life, Space, Fruits, or Weather — and the theme is the same across all three difficulty levels for that day. The theme is shown above the grid.
Can I play previous days' puzzles?+
Absolutely. Use the left arrow to go back to any earlier day's puzzle, each fully playable with its own timer. The right arrow moves back toward today, and you cannot skip ahead past the current day.
What does the Reveal button do?+
Reveal highlights every hidden word in the grid so you can see where they are if you get stuck. Press Hide to return to solving. Using Reveal stops the timer for that puzzle.
